Beyond the Crown

 I’m Janice McQueen, a pageant coach, mentor, and a woman who knows what it feels like to embrace your worth. For over twenty-five years, I have had the honor of helping women unlock their full potential. My journey has taken me from the spotlight of national pageants to the quiet, sacred work of personal transformation. 

What I’ve learned along the way has made me a better coach, a deeper listener, and a more passionate advocate for women finding their voice and purpose—whether it’s for the crown or their calling.
